Spinal Designs Announces the Expansion of LIFEBACK™ Spine Programs in Fargo, North Dakota
MINNEAPOLIS, MN - August 31, 2007 - Spinal Designs International, Inc. is proud to announce the addition of LIFEBACK™ Lumbar III Programs for Medicare Patients and LIFEBACK Cervical Programs for neck pain patients in Fargo, North Dakota.
LIFEBACK Spine Programs are like no other therapy option. LIFEBACK Programs are scientifically engineered, evidence based, active rehabilitation programs for non-operative and post-operative spine patients presenting with pain lasting longer than 12 weeks.
The LIFEBACK Lumbar III Program is engineered to help senior patients recover from low back pain. The program, reimbursed by Medicare, has been adapted to meet the specific needs of the senior population’s age and physical condition. Senior patients can now progress toward recovery at an appropriate pace and activity level.
The LIFEBACK Cervical Programs are designed to specifically meet the needs of people that have persistent or recurrent neck pain for 12 weeks or longer. LIFEBACK Cervical Spine Programs are appropriate for the non-operative and post-operative patient.
All LIFEBACK Spine Programs are provided through a network of LIFEBACK Spine Rehab Clinics that employ a consistent application of core components that address the needs of the chronic spine patient. LIFEBACK Spine Programs empower patients to master their own pain, manage their own recovery, and prevent re-injury. They’re coached for two years to aid the achievement of lasting results.
MeritCare Health System is one of 10 locations in the Midwest where LIFEBACK Spine Programs are offered. MeritCare has offered LIFEBACK Programs since 2000.
Spinal Designs International licenses its proprietary, evidence-based LIFEBACK Spine Rehab Clinic model to hospitals and provider clinics as services for their chronic spine patients. The LIFEBACK Spine Programs treat spinal disease in its totality through patient-responsible disease management versus repeated clinician provided treatments that focus on symptom management. The programs are available through LIFEBACK Spine Rehab Clinics in Minnesota, North Dakota and Iowa.
