To help payer groups make decisions about coverage for LIFEBACK Spine Programs, and to help demonstrate patient outcomes for referring care providers like you, we gather more than 2,500 data points on every patient. These include Oswestry and VAS pain scales, plus functional activity and patient satisfaction data. As a result of our thoroughly documented success with thousands of patients, more than 400 insurance companies provide coverage for our services.

You’ll be happy to know that we will partner with you to handle your patients’ care and will do everything we can to unburden your staff, including coordinating reimbursement. All it takes is your referral form. From there, you can count on the team at LIFEBACK Spine Rehab Clinics to:

Call the patient to explain the programs and schedule appointments Confirm payer benefit coverage and workers’ compensation eligibility Explain coverage to the patient Evaluate the patient to determine and recommend the most appropriate program Keep you apprised of your patient’s progress If desired, return the patient back to you as the referral provider
