Partial List of Payers

To help payer groups make decisions about coverage for LIFEBACK™ Spine Programs, we gather more than 2,500 data points on every patient. After a patient completes a LIFEBACK program, his or her progress is monitored and tracked for two full years. As a result of our documented patient success and value, more than 400 insurance companies have provided reimbursement for LIFEBACK programs.

LIFEBACK programs are offered through the LIFEBACK Spine Rehab Clinic network. As a courtesy to patients, LIFEBACK Spine Rehab Clinics business office staff contact payers to help confirm and determine coverage for individual patients, confirms workers’ comp eligibility for work-related injuries, and coordinate reimbursement.
